The best evening of Live Music in 2009, or maybe ever! Growing up, listening to Green Day I had been to their American Idiot tour sitting way up in the rafters of Oakland Coliseum, having since moved to New York. Four years later I jumped at the chance to see them promote their newest album, in of all places, Webster Hall, which by all means is infinitely more intimate than a large arena. Really, this night satisfied my need for live music for the rest of year!
