For one of Sosauce’s marketing campaigns, coffee sleeves were required as they were being distributed throughout New York City cafes.

Since cup sleeves tend to be products that coffee drinkers slide onto their cups and simply forget, I wanted to take the opportunity to compose a look for a sleeve that would 1) be aesthetically pleasing, 2) entice a coffee drinker to take a few seconds to survey the information being presented, and 3) possibly attract the attention of someone within viewing distance to the sleeve.

Given these goals, I chose to use an uncoated, recycled cardboard to imply a sense of tactile comfort, then composed the sleeve using Sosauce Identity elements, iconography and bold colors.
